CENTDEV Properties Announces Shoppes at Innes St. in Salisbury, NC
Cornelius, North Carolina – 3/8/07 – CENTDEV Properties has announced plans for a 6,900 square foot multi-tenant retail center in Salisbury North Carolina. The Shoppes at Innes St. are located on the southwest corner of the Interstate 85 interchange with Innes St. FedEx Kinko’s will occupy about 2,000 square feet of the center and CENTDEV is working out leasing agreements with several other national tenants.
Falling within the Innes St. Gateway overlay district, the center will front Innes Street and have parking in the rear offering easy access for pedestrian traffic. “We have enjoyed working with the city of Salisbury in developing this parcel and look forward to moving ahead with construction in the near future” said Thorn Baccich, Marketing Analyst with Centdev Properties. CENTDEV expects to break ground some time in the summer of 2007 and hopes to have the Shoppes at Innes Street open for business in late 2007. Southeast Commercial Real Estate is responsible for leasing the remaining space in the center.
