CENTDEV Properties breaks ground on Regent Towne Center in Ft. Mill, SC.

 

Cornelius, North Carolina – 2/22/07 - CENTDEV Properties has broken ground on their 38,000 square foot Bloom grocery store located on the corner of Regent Parkway and Hwy 21 at Regent Park in Fort Mill, SC.  Bloom, Food Lion’s new upscale concept, will be the anchor tenant for CENTDEV’s Regent Town Center.    Site clearing work is complete and John S. Clark has been selected as General Contractor for the Project.  Construction began on February 22nd 2007 and CENTDEV is expecting a November 2007 opening date for Bloom with the small shops soon to follow.

 

In addition to the Bloom, the center will also include 3 out parcels and approximately 17,000 sf of small shop space.  Once complete Regent Town Center will total over 70,000 sf on 9.5 acres
