CENTDEV Properties Breaks Ground on Urgent Care at Northlake Village

Cornelius, North Carolina – 2/20/07 – CENTDEV Properties has broken ground on a 5,100 square foot Urgent Care center at Northlake Village shopping center.  The medical center will be the anchor tenant to a new 11,551 square foot addition to Northlake Village.  Located across from Northlake Mall off I-77 exit 18, Northlake Village is anchored by Staples and HHGregg.  The Urgent Care center is scheduled to open in August of 2007 with adjoining small shops soon to follow.

Randall Construction was selected as the project General Contractor and Core Properties is in charge of leasing the remaining space.   “As Northlake Village nears total completion, we are excited to introduce a much needed medical facility to the community.  The new urgent care center is conveniently located in the market and will help accommodate medical needs of the rapidly growing Northlake Mall area. ” said Thorn Baccich, Marketing Analyst with Centdev Properties.  The Northlake Village shopping center is projected to be fully complete by winter 2007.
