Cornelius, North Carolina – 10/26/06 – CENTDEV Properties has broken ground on a 15,000. square foot Golf Galaxy store at Northlake Village shopping center.  Located across from North Lake Mall off I-77 exit 18, Northlake Village is anchored by Staples and HHGregg.  When it opens for business in March of 2007, this will be the second Charlotte location for the golf super center.

Fulcrum Construction began work on the addition to the Northlake Village center on October 26^th 2007.  “The addition of the new Golf Galaxy store compliments the existing retail at Northlake Village, and will provide the North Charlotte/Lake Norman regional market with its first Golf Super Store,” said Dale Tweedy, a Partner with Centdev Properties.  The Northlake Village shopping center is projected to be fully complete by Fall 2007.
