After Graduating form Princeton University with a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, Thorn Baccich joined CENTDEV's development team in March, 2006.   Thorn was brought on board to add depth and diversity to CENTDEV's in house site selection, demographic research and marketing capabilities.

CENTDEV Properties continues to evolve and expand its’ reach into the Southeastern US markets and has become a major regional commercial retail developer.  Thorn’s immediate impact has been felt on the marketing side.  His focus on site selection and market analysis further expands CENTDEV’s resources dedicated towards gaining control of specific sites and meeting the unique needs of its clients.  As CENTDEV continues to mature as a company, so too will Thorn’s knowledge of the industry as he advances towards becoming a senior member of the development team.
