CENTDEV Properties Announces Bloom Grocery store to anchor Regent Town Center in Ft. Mill, SC.

Cornelius, North Carolina – CENTDEV Properties has a signed lease for a 38,000 square foot Bloom grocery store located on the corner of Regent Parkway and Hwy 21 at Regent Park in Fort Mill, SC.  The grocery concept, which is Food Lion’s new store concept, will be the anchor tenant for CENTDEV’s Regent Town Center. 

In addition to the Bloom, the center will also include 3 out parcels and approximately 15,000 sf of small shop space.  Once completed Regent Town Center will total over 70,000 sf located on 9.5 acres

“The site for the new center was chosen to provide retail services for much of the new residential growth in the Regent Park area as well as the southern most communities of Charlotte North Carolina,” said Dale Tweedy a partner with Centdev Properties, LLC 

Construction will start In October with a fall 2007 completion date.
