Cornelius, North Carolina, 8-2-06 – CENTDEV Properties has broken ground on their 2,000 square foot Coffee House/Waffle Shop in Statesville, NC. The site is located at the intersection of N. Wilkesboro Hwy (Hwy 115) and Interstate 40, Statesville NC. Construction on the new addition broke ground on July 26th 2006 and is expected to be completed by September 25th 2006.
