CENTDEV Properties Breaks Ground on new addition to Northlake Village
Cornelius, North Carolina – July 26, 2006 –CENTDEV Properties has broken ground on their 7,408 square foot addition to Northlake Village. Located across from North Lake Mall off I-77 exit 18 Northlake Village is anchored by Staples and HHGregg. Tenants for the new space include Rug Gallery, Framed art, and a Mexican restaurant from the owner of La Fuentes in Gastonia NC.
Construction on the new addition broke ground in late June and is expected to be completed by September 15th 2006. The addition of the three newly leased up spaces compliments the existing retail at Northlake Village and will attract more business to the Harris Blvd. I-77 interchange in North Charlotte.
