CENTDEV named as top developer

CENTDEV Properties, LLC was chosen by the Charlotte Business Journal as one of the largest commercial developers in and around Charlotte. Ranking #9 for projects built in 2003 in the Charlotte Market; this is the first time the two year old company has made the list.
Concerning total square feet developed overall for Charlotte based developers CENTDEV placed a very respectable #22 behind the larger nation developers such as Childress-Klein, Crosland and Faison.
