CENTDEV Properties is based in Cornelius, NC and is focused on commercial real-estate development throughout the Southeastern US.

Started by three Partners, Jeff Wakeman, Ann Vano and Dale Tweedy, CENTDEV Properties has quickly built both a stellar reputation as well as a fast growing inventory of development projects and properties.
