This 25 acre project is located where South Elm/Eugene St. intersects the new southern I-85 bypass in Greensboro NC.  This particular intersection is the only interchange on the new southern I-40/I-85 beltline that will have zoning for retail/office/hospitality/restaurant uses.  The land has just recently been annexed into Greensboro and city water and sewer is avaialble.  The project offers great frontage and visibility to the interstate and will all so have connectivity to Randalman Rd to the west.

We are currently working with several hotel, restaurant, and retail tenants to include as phase one of The Village at South Elm.
