Sandford Market Place Phase I, in Sanford, NC, will encompass multiple out parcels and a pad for a possible hotel.  It will be located at the eastern most end of the Sanford Market Place development closest to the new 421 by-pass off-ramp scheduled for a 2011 completion.  Our eastern entrance, which will create these outparcels, will also be at the first signalized intersection once travelers exit the new 421 by-pass.   This Project sits across the street from a new Wal-mart Supercenter that opened its doors in 2008.
