Regent Towne Center is a  neighborhood retail center that will address the needs of a Regent Park, a rapidly growing residential golf course community with surrounding residential areas.  The project includes about 53,000 square feet of retail space anchored by a Bloom grocery center.  In addition to the 38,000 square foot grocery store which opened its doors in October of 2007 the center includes other neighborhood oriented retailers.  Three separate out parcels front Hwy 21 in front of the main shopping center.  First Patriots Credit union is located on the southern most out parcel with the other two still available for lease or purchase at this time.

Regent Towne Center is at the main entrance of Regent Park which is a hot bed of residential activity and is also the former property of Heritage USA.  Until recently, the land was held by an offshore concern as in investment and they have now brought the property to market and sold it to a land developer.  The land developer has segmented this proeprty and there are now over 3,000 residential lots that are being sold to various residential developers within a 1 mile radius of this project.
