Northlake Village, anchored by HH Gregg, Staples and Golf Galaxy is located within the Smith Corners retail hub which is bordered on three sides by I-77 (exit 18), WT Harris Blvd, and Statesville Rd.  With the opening of Northlake Mall just a quarter mile away on Harris blvd. this area has quickly become a major regional shopping node.  Along with its anchor tenants Northlake village also includes an Urgent Care medical center, restaurants, and various other smaller retailers.

Currently we have about 6,000 square feet of small shop space available attached to our Urgent Care center.  The only remaining pad ready site available in the project can accommodate a building up to 15,000 sf
