Concord Plaza is a redvelopment project that Centdev took on in 2004.  The 51,000 square foot Northern Tool and Equipment anchored retail center serves the greater Concord area.  With over 40,000 Vehicles per day on Hwy 29 plus the rapid residential growth in the area Concord Plaza will be an excellent location for neighborhood retail for many years to come.
